By joining this Agreement and leaving your data on the Site , (hereinafter referred to as the Site), User:

• confirms that all data specified by him belongs to him personally;
• confirms and acknowledges that it has carefully read in full Agreement and conditions for the processing of his personal data;
• confirms that the text of the agreement and the processing conditions he understands personal data;
• agrees to the processing of the information provided by the Site personal data for the purpose of the conclusion between him and the Site of this Of the Agreement, as well as its subsequent execution;
• agrees with the terms of personal data processing without reservations and restrictions.

The user gives his consent to the processing of his personal data, and it is the commission of the actions provided for in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Art. 3 Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data", and confirms that, giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own will and in his own interest. The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscientious.

This User's consent applies to the following personal data: surname, First and middle name; phone number; E-mail address.

The user grants the Site the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage for the reporting retention periods established by regulatory documents, but not less than three years from the date of termination of the use of services by the User; clarification (update, change); usage; destruction; depersonalization; transfer at the request of the court, including, to third parties, with compliance with measures to ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.

The specified consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and can be revoked by you by sending a corresponding order by the User in a simple writing to the e-mail address - .

The site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes in the current edition indicates the date of the last update. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting, if otherwise is not provided for in the new edition of the Agreement.

To this Agreement and the relationship between the user and the Site, arising in connection with the application of the Agreement, the law shall apply Russian Federation.
